I’m working as a researcher in prof. Juha Kaila’s team. Our team concentrates on waste management and reuse and utilization of waste. The goal is to find new ways for decreasing the waste going to landfills and collecting all the possible materials for utilization.

My research concentrates on energy utilization of waste. The idea is to compare different utilization methods waste by using LCA-tools. I’m also interested in environmental management systems and the influence of green business in corporate profitability. Besides that, I work as a secretary in TKK Lahti centre’s international work group, which goal is to increase the international co-operation.
